MyVictoria: A City’s People
Are you the next Tarantino or Rodriguez?
Do you have a story that needs to be told?
Do you like to play around with your digital camera?
Then this is your chance to create a movie in a minute.
Choose your medium whether it’s with a video camera, digital camera or cell phone. MyVictoria is a video competition to create a 1 minute video about what living in the Capital means with people that affect or influence your life.
This competition is open to all ages and skill levels and is designed to encourage the budding filmmaker in everyone.
There is no entry fee and most video recording equipment can be used. Final deadline December 15, 2008.
Videos are displayed at downtown businesses and screened at the Capitol 6 Theatre. Winners take away great prizes including $500 for best short.
